Come join Coronado Brew along with Lost Abbey and Ballast Point for a beer dinner at the Hotel Del 1500 on Sunday November 8th at 6pm. Many fine beers will be served with some great food.

1500 OCEAN at the Hotel Del Coronado and chef de cuisine Brian Sinnott are pleased to present a "Celebrate Sustainability" dinner event in conjunction with San Diego's inaugural Beer Week. The event is focused on utilizing ingredients that are local, sustainable and responsible and highlighting San Diego's local breweries.

ENO Wine Director Ted Glennon will be joined by Coronado Brewing Co., The Lost Abbey, and Ballast Point for the dinner's delicious beer pairings. Chef Brian Sinnott and his renowned team of chefs will create a unique menu to complement the beer.

Some menu highlights include fried lamb sausage-filled olives; house-made soft pretzels; lobster corn dogs; grilled BBQ pulled pork pizzas; beef short ribs; clams with chorizo, peppers and onions; an ENO cheese display; arctic char tartare and pork and fig crepinette. Advanced reservations are required.
