This dinner will be available starting Monday, Nov 9th and be available until the 12th. 1^st Course

Warm Goat Cheese Croutons, Drizzled with Lavender Honey and Candied Walnuts;

Mixed Greens with Apple, Pine Nuts, Bacon, Mushrooms and Truffle Vinaigrette

Served with Electrostatic Ale

Mussels Steamed with Heavy Cream and Fair Weather Pale Ale

2^nd Course

Pepper Seared New York Steak Topped with Crumbled Blue Cheese,

Green Beans and Fries

Served with Elemental Pilsner

Grilled Chicken Breast with Green Lentils, Baby Carrots and a Thunderweizen Sauce

Served with: Thunderweizen Ale

Dessert

Warm Chocolate Brownie topped with Vanilla Ice Cream

Drizzled with Porter Reduction

Served with: Black Lightning Porter
