Chef Celebration of San Diego Beers

Tickets are on sale now for The Chef Celebration of San Diego Beer, the official closing event for San Diego Beer Week. 16 world-class chefs paired with 8 breweries and killer live music.

Guests will enjoy all-you-can-eat and drink pairings of gourmet food and craft beer in a casual walk-around festival. Includes souvenir tasting glass and full belly.

Learn about beer from the award-winning brewer and proprietor of O'Brien's Pub.

The Anatomy of Weird Beer

San Diego gypsy-brewer Adam Carbonell discusses the thought process for his style-breaking beer recipes.

Chef Panel Discussion: Cooking With Beer

Kyle Bergman, Sous Chef at The Lodge at Torrey Pines; Alex Carballo, Executive Chef at Stone World Bistro & Gardens; Amy DiBiase, Executive Chef at Roseville; and Andrew Spurgin, Executive Chef at Waters Fine Catering. Moderated by Brandon Hernandez.

Local Chefs from the Firehouse Eatery, Kensington Grill, Stone Brewing, Barona, Trattoria Aqua, Urban Solace, Terra, Red Marlin and seven more to be announced.

Local brewers from AleSmith, Ballast Point, Stone, Lightning, Karl Strauss, Lost Abbey, Airdale and Coronado Brewing.

The chefs, restaurants, and breweries will donate their time and product for this non-profit event, the proceeds of which will be split 50/50 between the San Diego Brewers Guild and The Chef Celebration.
